- Make sure you have successfully completed the Human Sex Trafficking Course and/or the Stress and Trauma Care Specialist Course training first! Either in-person, live-streamed, or on-demand (online.)
- If you have not completed the training, you must first do that. You can access the on-demand online training by clicking here.
Submissions from users who have not completed the training will be disregarded.

Once you submit the form below, we will verify your information and mark your training as completed, granting you your certificate. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
